About Sera Club
Sera Club is a research-compound supplier serving the laboratory market. We provide lyophilized peptides, blends, and curated multi-vial protocols, each characterized to identity and purity by an independent ISO-17025 accredited laboratory. All compounds are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use. We bottle in the United States, ship cold where required, and stand behind every vial with a per-batch certificate of analysis.
Questions
What does "research use only" mean?
All compounds sold by Sera Club are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human consumption, therapeutic use, veterinary use, or any clinical application. Buyers are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable laws and institutional protocols.
How are your peptides verified?
Every batch is independently tested by an ISO-17025 accredited third-party laboratory. Each vial ships with a per-batch Certificate of Analysis confirming identity and ≥99% HPLC purity (≥98% for select compounds, noted on the product card). COAs are included with every order and available on request via support@seraclub.us.
How are orders shipped?
Orders ship from the United States via USPS Priority Mail. Standard processing is 1–3 business days from order confirmation. Cold-pack logistics are used for temperature-sensitive compounds.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Sera Club currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
What happens if my shipment is damaged or lost?
We provide reshipment at no cost for verified damage or loss. Contact support within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost shipments). See the Shipping Policy for full details.
How should compounds be stored?
Lyophilized vials are stable at room temperature short-term but should be refrigerated at 2–8°C for long-term storage. Once reconstituted, store refrigerated and use within the stability window specified on each product page.
How are compounds reconstituted?
Bacteriostatic water (Sera H2O) is the standard diluent for most compounds. Specific reconstitution volumes and resulting concentrations are detailed on each product page.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. Damaged or incorrectly shipped items are eligible for reshipment per the Shipping Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cryptocurrency payments — including BTC, ETH, and USDC. Additional payment options, including ACH and card processing, are being added in the near future.
