5. Buyer Representations and Warranties
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sera Club LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use, misuse, or handling of any product;
- Any administration of a product to a human or animal, whether by you or by any party to whom you transferred the product;
- Your violation of these terms or of any applicable law.
7. Right to Refuse Service
Sera Club reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected misuse or violation of these terms.
8. Acceptance
Purchasing any product from Sera Club constitutes acceptance of this disclaimer in full. If you do not agree, do not place an order and do not use our products.
