Refund Policy.

The limited circumstances for replacement requests, damaged shipments, wrong items, and order cancellation review.

This Refund Policy describes the limited circumstances under which Sera Club LLC ("Sera Club," "we," "us," or "our") will issue refunds or replacements for orders placed on seraclub.us.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products as research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds for:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially used
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Delays caused by the carrier or by an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Products refused at delivery or returned due to an undeliverable or incorrect address
  • Any product used outside of in vitro laboratory research, including any product administered to humans or animals

2. Damaged or Lost in Transit — Replacement

We will provide a replacement (no cash refund) if your order is:

  • Damaged in transit — visibly damaged packaging or product upon delivery; or
  • Lost in transit — confirmed by the carrier as lost or not delivered after a reasonable investigation period.

To request a replacement, email support@seraclub.us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or delivery confirmation, with the following:

  • Order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged packaging and product, if applicable
  • Tracking number

We reserve the right to verify any claim with the carrier before issuing a replacement.

3. Wrong Item Shipped

If we shipped you the wrong product (a Sera Club error), contact support@seraclub.us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange the correct product to be sent at no additional cost, and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item if needed.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing.
  • An order may be canceled before processing only at our discretion. To request a cancellation, contact support@seraclub.us as soon as possible after placing the order.
  • Sera Club reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, including for suspected fraud, suspected misuse, pricing errors, or violation of our Terms of Service. In such cases, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. How Replacements Are Issued

Approved replacements are typically shipped within 1–3 business days of approval and ship via the same method as the original order. No refunds to the original payment method will be issued in lieu of a replacement except where Sera Club is unable to fulfill the replacement.

6. No Liability for Misuse

Sera Club does not refund, replace, or accept responsibility for any product used outside of in vitro laboratory research. Any claim involving human or animal administration is outside the scope of this policy.
