Shipping Policy.

Processing timelines, supported shipping destinations, tracking expectations, address accuracy, and damage/loss handling.

This Shipping Policy describes how Sera Club LLC ("Sera Club," "we," "us," or "our") ships orders placed on seraclub.us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment clears.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods or warehouse transitions, processing may take longer. We will notify you by email if a significant delay is expected.

2. Shipping Carriers and Methods

We ship via USPS Priority Mail (or a comparable carrier at our discretion). Available service levels and estimated transit times are shown at checkout.

Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Sera Club is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, customs holds, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship to:

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses
  • Freight forwarders
  • Any jurisdiction where the purchase or possession of our products is restricted

P.O. boxes are accepted only when USPS is selected as the shipping method.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service level. As a general guideline:

  • Flat-rate shipping of $15 on standard orders, and
  • Free shipping on orders over $200.

Any duties, taxes, or import fees on international shipments (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

6. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate, complete shipping address. Sera Club is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipment costs.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact support@seraclub.us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or delivery confirmation. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of damaged packaging or contents (if applicable)
  • Tracking information

We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, will provide a replacement in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. Signature Confirmation

Certain orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery. If signature confirmation is required and the package is left without signature, please contact the carrier directly to investigate.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

We are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has entered processing. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
